Who is to say how fierce or traumatic a situation is? The distress and suffering an individual may experience, are what really matters. In times like these, regardless of the challenge, people benefit from the guidance of a professional to process and overcome emotional stress.
With the insights from therapy or counselling, you learn to understand yourself better. You benefit because you learn to recognize pattens in behaviour and thoughts, and you learn to manage emotions and eventually you discover new ways to deal with challenging situations.

What can you expect from the sessions?
The sessions are characterized by love, compassion, and empathy.
At YourMindtality I work holistic and client-based according to the integrative methodology, also making use of hypnotherapy or EMDR if applicable. To optimize your progress and experience we will evaluate on a regular basis and adjust the plan accordingly.
Not being able to express yourself adequately in Dutch can often be the barrier to seek professional help or counselling when it could help you to take the next step. At YourMindtality you can follow sessions in either one of those languages.
Finally, counselling sessions at YourMindtality are characterized by love, compassion, and empathy. I value integrity in the way I work, administer, and connect with people.

Sessions are not covered by Basic Dutch Insurance. However, often additional insurance packages cover sessions partially. It is best to consult your health insurance provider to personally to discuss the possibilities.
